FAMILY PORTRAITS
While many clients often book a portrait session to have good photographs of their children, what we usually do during a session is capture some of the children on their own and with their parents. There are a couple of reasons for this: one is that parents are very much in their children’s lives, literally holding their hands, playing and helping them learn – so photographing them together is honest. The other is that the portraits are ultimately like to be passed onto the children and their children – and while photographs of you throughout your childhood may be treasured possessions, think how much more this would mean if one or both of your parents, grandparents or other family are there too.
ENGAGEMENT PORTRAITS
Engagement portraits – or pre-wedding shoots as they are sometimes called – are a great time to have portraits marking a change in your lives. These are usually shot on location in London, often somewhere that has meaning for the both of you or is somewhere that you enjoy being.
