Saturday, December 10, 2011 | Wedding, Wedding album
I didn’t get a chance to put up a complete post from Liz + Craig’s Brighton wedding a few months ago so wanted to show some extracts from their wedding album, complete with beach huts and an ice-cream seller.
This is their beach-themed cover with a summery feel.

This is Liz before she walked down the aisle at Brighton’s Hilton Hotel – these are two of Liz and Craig’s favourites listed for their album.

After their ceremony, Liz and Craig had hired a horse-drawn carriage to take them to their reception hotel further along the coast.

Their family and friends were a friendly, happy group, tucking into seaside favourites of fish and chips followed by cones of ice-cream outside, which was hugely popular with everyone.

Given that we had fine weather – not always a given – beach portraits with Liz and Craig finished off their album.

Yesterday was the Brighton wedding of Liz and Craig, who had engagement portraits last year on Brighton Pier. Â It was a thrill to work with them both again at their wedding ceremony at the Hilton Metropole in Brighton and later at another hotel further along the beachfront which involved fish and chips and an ice-cream seller. Â Here is a single image of the two of them exchanging their vows during their civil ceremony reflected in a mirror strip on the wall; the full blog post will be up in a week or two.

I’ve finished editing Liz & Craig’s engagement portraits from Brighton and here are my remaining favourites. I hope these portraits will help them keep the Brighton vibe until their wedding there in September next year. I especially like the deckchair ones because Liz and Craig said they imagined being an old couple one day, holding hands on the pier.

Yesterday’s engagement portraits with London couple Craig and Liz were in Brighton – one of their favourite places and somewhere they steal away when they can. They wanted to show the fun in their relationship – hence meeting on Brighton Pier. Here is a preview of three – more to come next week when all the portraits have been edited.
