Brydon Room wedding of Amrita + Raghav

Amrita and Raghav were the most rare of couples – being early for their Brydon Room wedding at  Chelsea Old Town Hall‘s Brydon Room. So much so, that registrar Dean checked his watch at the start of the civil ceremony to make sure it didn’t start early.

After their  family congratulations, Amrita, Raghav and I jumped in a black cab found for Selfridges for some wedding portraits with a London flavour.  They chose Selfridges because it is Amrita’s favourite shop and it’s where we could find some of the capital’s red, double-decker buses.

We made the most of some moments of bright sunshine for portraits outside Selfridges and then used the red buses as a background for some more traditional portraits, showing off Amrita’s beautiful gown and smile. We had to wait a few minutes for the buses to appear – and then just like the saying, along came three at once.

Once their chosen wedding portraits were complete, Amrita and Raghav took another black cab to a family lunch.
